RIC has nine major rental car agencies located on-site. Our space is designed so your experience is easy and stress free offering several ground transportation options. Rental counters are near the central entrance of the terminal (Lower Level).

Ride App Pickup (Uber & Lyft)
Lyft and Uber rides are available to passengers arriving to and departing from Richmond International Airport. Passengers departing from RIC should coordinate the most convenient drop off location with their driver. Passengers arriving to RIC have two convenient pickup options. Pickup Options for
Arriving Passengers Option 1 – Upper Departures Level (Ticketing & Gates)
Ideal for travelers without checked luggage.
Follow green “Ride App Pickup” signs.
Select Upper/Departures Level in your Lyft or Uber app.
Option 2 – Lower Arrivals Level (Baggage Claim)
Best for travelers with checked luggage.
